KM @FELDA

Knowledge architecture is essentially a framework which will guide the organization in the creation and acquisition of knowledge. Knowledge in most organizations accumulates organically. In other words, knowledge simply develops naturally over time, with little or no planning. This often results in knowledge gaps, redundancy, and the inability to detect weaknesses in the organizations knowledge assets. K-Audit’s K-Architecture workshop is to guide FELDA in crafting the knowledge architecture, which aims to create efficient structures that promote easy access, retrieval, and sharing of knowledge, leading to improved decision-making and problem-solving processes.

IP is an important area which Felda has taken necessary steps to strengthen in line with our vision, mission, goals and objectives. IP is also an integral part of Felda’s Knowledge Management implementation.
